To keep your child’s clothing looking fresh, vibrant, and comfortable, we recommend the following care instructions:

General Guidelines

• Always check the care label on each garment before washing.

• Wash similar colors together to avoid color bleeding.

• Use a gentle, child-friendly detergent for best results.

Washing

• Machine wash cold or at 30°C on a gentle cycle.

• Turn garments inside out to protect prints and embroidery.

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry naturally.

• Avoid over-drying, which may shrink or damage fabrics.

Ironing

• Use a low to medium iron setting.

• Do not iron directly on prints or embellishments—use a cloth if needed.

Special Fabrics

• Cotton: Soft, breathable, and easy to care for. Wash in cold water and avoid high heat when drying.

• Blends (Cotton-Polyester, etc.): Durable and less prone to wrinkles. Gentle wash and low heat dry.

• Delicate Items (Tulle, Embroidery, etc.): Hand wash or place in a mesh laundry bag for machine washing.

Shipping Information

We currently offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Once your order is placed, our team works promptly to prepare and dispatch it. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For more remote or extended service areas, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items that are personalized, customized, or returned in a damaged condition may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply submit a request through our Return Request tab on the Contact Us page. Once your return is approved and we receive the item, you may choose between a refund or an exchange, depending on availability.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
