Minii Modz accepts all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected regions within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1.3 Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or cancelled within one (1) hour of placement. Customers are required to contact our Customer Support Team immediately for assistance regarding order changes or cancellations.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Do you offer international shipping?

No. Minii Modz currently offers domestic delivery within the UAE only.

2.2 What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are typically delivered within three to five (3–5) business days. Deliveries to remote or extended areas may take up to five to seven (5–7) business days. Delivery times are subject to change based on logistics and customer location.

2.3 How can I track my order?

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipment tracking link via email or SMS. This link may also be used to track the shipment directly through our website.

Yes. All Minii Modz clothing and accessories are designed to be safe for sensitive skin. We utilize non-irritating fabrics and avoid the use of harmful dyes and chemicals.

Minii Modz offers a seven (7) day return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. For further details, customers should refer to our Returns Policy page.

To request an exchange, customers must follow the return process and indicate their preference for an exchange. Once the original item is received and inspected, the requested replacement will be shipped.

4.3 Who bears the return shipping cost?
