1. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted under the following conditions: 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-returnable items include: 

• Personalized or customized products. 

• Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition (unless the product is defective upon receipt).

2. Return Procedure 

To initiate a return, customers must: 

• Submit a return request through our official Contact Us Page : Return Request TAB. 

• Upon submission, our customer service team will review the request and respond within 2 – 3 business days with return instructions. 

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). 

3. Refund Policy 

Once the returned item is received and inspected: 

• Refunds will be processed within 20 - 25 business days after return request approval. 

• Refunds for orders paid online will be issued to the original method of payment. 

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer. 

Please Note: MINII MODZ reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

 

Exchange Policy

At MINII MODZ, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our exchange policy outlined below: 

1. Exchange Eligibility Customers may request an exchange under the following conditions: 

• The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of the original delivery date. 

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. 

Please note: Items that are personalized, customized, or returned in a used or damaged condition (unless defective) are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Procedure To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

• Our customer support team will review the request and respond with approval and further instructions within 2 - 3 business days. 

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers will be offered an alternative item of equal value or a refund, as per their preference.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges 

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

Cancellation Policy 

At MINII MODZ, we value transparency and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand the conditions under which an order may be canceled. 

1. Cancellation by Customer 

• Customers may cancel their order prior to dispatch by contacting our support team at care@minimodz.com. 

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the order may still qualify for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by MINII MODZ 

MINII MODZ reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Payment authorization failure or security concerns related to the transaction. 

• Product unavailability or stock limitations. 

• Pricing inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions/listings.
